Research Scientist and Laboratory Manager

We are looking for a Research Scientist and Laboratory Manager to join an R&D team in a microbiology lab.
 
Responsibilities include quality management, laboratory management (training staff, ensuring certifications, experimental design and analysis), conducting experiments (processing medical samples, recording, interpreting and communicating results), documentation (SOPs, regulatory documents), among others.
 
Requirements: 
Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written) 
MSc or PhD with microbiology and immunology background.
Experience with Lateral Flow testing, medical devices, GLP, and quality management sys – preferred
Attention to detail, highly motivated and passionate for lab work.
