Office Manager

We're looking for an experienced Office Manager for an incredible IT company that provides IT services for businesses and residentials.


Responsibilities include: vendor management, scheduling projects, manage inventory, monthly billing, customer service and the use of a CRM.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent English and Hebrew (spoken and written)
  • 2+ years of experience in similar duties
  • Experience with Office 365 applications
  • Good with numbers (Excel).
  • CRM experience – a big plus

 

This is a full-time position and is based in Talpiot.
