Itinerary Planner
A dynamic travel company is seeking an energetic Itinerary Planner to assist clients with customized trips to Israel.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain communication with the clients, create the itineraries, book and arrange the logistics coordinating with the service providers accordingly and maintain an exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Native level of English and fluent in Hebrew
- Experience in the travel industry or similar logistics tasks
- Strong organizational abilities
- Problem solver with great interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Office, WhatsApp & Google apps (computer and phone)
- Looking for a longterm position
Please note the position is 4 days at the office 9-2pm and the remaining hours from home (flexible, evening hours).
1 day a week is completely remote.
Compensation:
First 3 months training is 15usd/hour, paid in the United States as a freelancer (1099).
After successful completion of training, hiring is done in Israel at a rate of 20 usd/hour.
