About the Company & Role
New York–based accounting and advisory (CAAS) firm working with clients across multiple industries. The role focuses on designing and optimizing accounting workflows, guiding clients, and managing teams—not just day-to-day bookkeeping.
Clients typically have $1M+ in revenue and 5+ employees.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Design and improve AR, AP, and inventory workflows
Optimize accounting processes and software (QuickBooks required)
Guide clients and explain processes clearly
Manage and oversee a team
Work with multiple clients across industries
 
Requirements:
7+ years of accounting / financial statement experience
Must have experience managing a team
Must have inventory accounting experience
Strong QuickBooks experience (ERP a plus)
Experience building processes from scratch
Background working with real corporate businesses
Accounting firm / multi-client experience
Fractional accounting experience preferred
