Director of Catering and Kitchen

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Catering and Kitchen Director for a renowned Yeshiva to oversee catering operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
 

Responsibilities for this role include menu planning, operational leadership, implementation of kitchen policies, catering services, event coordination support, staff management, and budget control.
 

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Hebrew
  • 8+ years of experience in catering and kitchen management
  • Proven expertise in planning and creating diverse menus
  • Knowledge of food hygiene, health, and safety regulations
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills

 

This is a full-time position with availability to work evenings and Shabbat when required.
