Devops / Platform Engineer - Hybid/Jerusalem
 
A tech-oriented media company that operates and develops cloud-based digital platforms and high-quality websites is looking for a DevOps / Platform Engineer to expand their team.
 
Responsibilities include support and manage infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), operate and maintain Kubernetes clusters, build automation and tools through Linux administration and scripting; manage databases and configure and optimize Varnish.
 
Requirements:
●          Native level of English 
●          2–4 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Platform Engineering
●          Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production.
●          Good working knowledge of GCP services (Compute, Networking, Storage, IAM).
●          Proficiency with Linux systems administration and scripting (e.g. Bash, Python, or similar).
●          Familiarity with MySQL administration and query optimization.
●          Exposure to supporting PHP-based applications.
●          Understanding of Varnish caching.
