Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Jerusalem
 
A U.S.-based real estate private equity company is seeking a CFO to lead the professional scaling of its financial infrastructure.
 
The CFO will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, overseeing firm-wide financial operations, syndications, and investor economics across multifamily and commercial assets.
 
Responsibilities include:
Financial strategy, forecasting, and investment committee support
GP/LP syndications, waterfalls, and investor reporting
Multi-entity accounting, controls, and GAAP reporting
Debt, capital markets, and lender relationships
Tax, compliance (Reg D), and K-1 oversight
Building and leading a scalable finance function
 
Requirements:
American citizenship
10+ years in real estate private equity or syndication platforms
Strong experience with multifamily/commercial assets and complex structures
Deep understanding of LP/GP economics and multi-entity accounting
CPA and/or MBA preferred
 
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Jerusalem, with working hours starting at 1:30 PM. Compensation is paid in the United States.
