*Bookings & Administration Coordinator – Jerusalem*
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient multitasker Bookings & Administration Coordinator to oversee visitor scheduling and event bookings for a leading organization.
This role includes managing pricing, contracts, and billing, as well as supervising a variety of administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Professional level of English and Hebrew
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong customer service skills
This is an in-office position, 8:30 to15:30.
