Office Administrator – Jerusalem
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join a professional and growing company in Jerusalem.
Responsibilities include overseeing the administrative processes (track files, payments, contracts, insurance), inventory management, operational assistance, drafting and administration of documentation and others.
Requirements:
- Professional level of English and Hebrew
- Administrative/Office Management experience
- Experience reading through and generating agreements
- Experience tracking documents as contract expirations, payment due or others.
- Understanding of office operations, practices and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and highly organized
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
