Office Administrator – Jerusalem

 

We are looking for an Office Administrator to join a professional and growing company in Jerusalem.
 

Responsibilities include overseeing the administrative processes (track files, payments, contracts, insurance), inventory management, operational assistance, drafting and administration of documentation and others.
 

Requirements:

  • Professional level of English and Hebrew
  • Administrative/Office Management experience
  • Experience reading through and generating agreements
  • Experience tracking documents as contract expirations, payment due or others.
  • Understanding of office operations, practices and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and highly organized
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software

 

Please note this is an onsite full-time position with some flexible evening hours.
